Many of our beloved water dogs don't have the "off switch" around water. Exhaustion is the most common cause of drowning in canines. While close supervision is always required by pet parents, we created WaterDog ladders to reduce physical stress on dogs that leads to exhaustion and make playing in the water safer for all dogs. Unlike inflatable pet ramps and human swim ladders, which require dogs to pull and wrench themselves from the water, WaterDog has a patented dog-safe design that creates a comfortable angle that goes below the water line, allowing your dog to safely and comfortably enter and exit the water.

Our pets can be easily injured trying to enter and/or exit the water. Impacts from long drops from docks or boats to the water, strain from clawing and pulling themselves up poorly designed pet floats, and climbing human swim ladders with sharp edges, which are not designed or recommended for use by dogs.
